    Friendly people looking to help you find whatever. Had what I needed. Check them out. Bought a new toolbox and needed a rug so tools don't move around in it. Buddy bought one too other day..... so this rug at just $25 to help two toolboxes. SCORE!!!!!

    I went to this Lowes at 9:30 on a Wednesday night to look at ladders. Doing research for a work purchase. I looked lost, and a woman down by the lumber section asked me if I needed help finding anything. She gave me directions to the ladders, which I started looking at. While I was there, trying to understand how the ladder worked (Little Giant 22'), a gentleman that was sweeping up the aisle asked if I needed any help. I asked him how it worked, explained what I wanted it to do, and he helped me figure it out, get it set up the way I was hoping it would work, and held it up so I could take pictures of it for my coworkers. For a late night, close to closing, I felt like the associates really went out of their way to ensure I got the answers I was looking for, and it is super appreciated!

    Bought a cabinet at lowes 0688 store on March 16,2026. When opening box at home it was missing a door.when calling customer service talked with Darla who told me she was store manager. She was very unhelpful in getting situation resolved and told us our only option was to buy another cabinet before they could refund us the money for a new one. All we wanted was the door. Zero empathy from Darla.She could not have cared less about our inconvenience.all she had to do was open another box and give us the door and then get reimbursed from manufacturer for faulty cabinet. IMHO she is a terrible fit for customer service and should be let go. Short of that at least retrained and put on probation. I post this mostly to make her bosses aware of her shortcomings so they might address the issue. I then called the 2792 store looking for regional manager number either every intention of never shopping lowes ever again. Tom T answered and was absolutely empathetic and professional and resolved our issue after hearing the story. He simply opened a box and set a door aside for us to pick up. I will continue to give lowes my business because of Tom T but will never again shop the 0688 store. Chris

    My love and I bought a 2.5qt blackberry bush, a 2.5 qt raspberry bush, and a 6.08 gal Prunus Cocktail fruit tree on 03/16/26. We were able to take the two fruit bushes home, and scheduled to pick up the fruit tree the following week. We were told that was fine, as long as it wasn't more than two weeks. Then they sold our tree. The one we already bought. They sold it to someone else. I do not recommend trusting Lowes to hold anything, even when they say they can do it. We confirmed with two different people and scheduled out a timeframe, but that obviously did not matter at all. If it is a specific thing, they will just sell it and then say, "Oops, it was put into our system wrong." That is not our fault, but they do not care. The company does not care if you got your tree or $95 dollars back. Was it easy to get a refund? No. They even said it was their fault, but still made it hard to find any resolution. Their first suggestion. Find another tree, but not here because we sold all of those, so go somewhere else. Also, we won't communicate with the other store, so just bring the receipt and explain your situation at the other store. By the time we finally got an okay to get the $95 back, I have lost all my faith in this store. How hard is it just to follow through? You already admitted to messing up, but still chose to pretend like you can't do anything about it. It's just a hardware store, but I wouldn't suggest having them hold anything. Even if you get confirmation from multiple Lowes employees. And if you do the delivery, just remember you risk not getting what you bought. They might just sell it to someone else even when it's marked off as yours, paid for in full.
