  La-Z-Boy was our choice. We never thought finding a good rocker recliner would be so difficult. We looked at many brands including Ashley, Flexsteel, and many others. Our preference is for traditional furniture and that is difficult to find these days as makers are incorporating many contemporary looks and calling it traditional. Because of that there was some compromises that we had to make. We could not get all the features we wanted and a very good warranty. La-Z-Boy had the best warranty and most of the features we wanted in the model we picked. Our choice is very comfortable (Redwood model (their best seller). Has power reclining for both legs and head, power lumbar and when not reclined it serves as an incredibly smooth rocker. We would have liked to get heat and massage in this model but alas there's that compromise and those were really just wish list items. All-in-all we are very happy with our purchase. Danae was our salesperson and was very helpful and pleasant.

  Danae was over-the-top awesome!!! I was a customer service manager for many years and I would've considered myself to be blessed if I could've had few people like her working on my team. I found her to be exceptionally gifted with connecting to the customer's needs but also on a personal level with an engaging sense of humor. We originally visited the store to buy a chair for only my wife, but Danae taught us so much about how chairs need to fit us individually, especially since I am 6'4 and my wife is 5'3 and to add more to the mix, my wife had lumbar fusion surgery and its especially difficult for her to find comfort. Its no wonder we've been so unhappy with chairs in general. But after trying out about 20 chairs, we found a perfect match for her. Danae also introduced me to a recliner that is large enough to hit all of my pressure points and it really makes such a HUGE difference. So, instead of one chair, we bought 2 chairs that fit our body sizes like a glove. By the time my wife and I left the store, I felt like we were just at a close friend's house. So glad we decided to visit the Boise, Idaho Lazy-Boy store! Thanks Danae
