  We couldn’t be happier with our Jacuzzi J-335 Lounger. The jets are incredible, and the three-pump setup gives you options—from a relaxing soak to full-on “ludicrous mode” massage therapy that really works out sore muscles. Yes, it’s a bit pricey, but totally worth it. We both had ongoing back issues, and this tub has made a huge difference. It’s not just relaxing, it’s legitimately therapeutic. We’ve owned three other tubs before this (non-Jacuzzi), and this one blows them all away. Hands down our favorite.

  My wife and I recently visited Idaho Spas in search of the perfect spa for our new home. We previously had spa at our prior home and had met with several other brand shops in the Treasure Valley. We originally were looking at another brand, but wanted to check out Jacuzzi models. We met with Hadley at Idaho Spas on a Saturday afternoon - our initial interest was in a smaller model, the J-325 and Hadley was exceptionally helpful in answering all our questions, to include opening up the skirt of the tub. He knew so much about the details we asked – the angles and advantages of the plumbing, the details on the jets, the primary and circulation pumps, as well as the overall construction and insulation. When asked how he knew so much, Hadley explained that he had been with the company for many years and had worked service initially before moving into sales. We had not met anyone else at the other dealerships who matched his knowledge and experience. We received a quote on the J-325 and left to think over. The following Monday, we had narrowed our search down to two options (dealers/brands) and returned to Idaho Spas for some additional information. After doing a wet test in another model, the J-345, and looking at another in-stock comparable model, the J-335, we decided to go with the larger model and after negotiating a price, we purchased the J-335. We were not only impressed with the Jacuzzi construction but also with the competitive pricing Idaho Spas offered. We are looking forward to our delivery later this month and enjoying our new spa!
