In January 2025, I was told by the (now former) manager that replacement cushions would be ordered after our dog damaged a few. I was happy to pay, no issue there. What followed was over a year of little to no communication and no follow-through, all while we have continued making payments on the couch. After waiting that long, I finally escalated and got the regional manager, Chris, involved just to get updates. About two weeks ago, he told me they would "make it right." Now I am being told the fabric was discontinued back in June 2025 and there is nothing they can do. That is the frustrating part. If the order had been placed when promised, this would not be an issue. Instead, I waited over a year, kept paying for the couch, and still ended up with no solution. I understand discontinued materials happen, but the lack of follow-through, communication, and being told they would "make it right" with no actual resolution is very disappointing.
