If they tell you they take Apple Pay, or the credit card you have in your Apple wallet, don’t believe them. You will waste an hour shopping for stuff only to have the machine ask for a PIN code when you use the credit card in your Apple wallet. Credit cards don’t have PIN codes.
The cashier told me I have a problem with my card or pay set up. It is a Lowe’s system issue.

I’m a huge fan of this Lowe’s store… and that’s the only reason this review is getting a five star.
I went in there yesterday or a couple of days ago to get a car key cut. I had my own key that I bought off of Amazon and there’s this one particular dude that looks like an old skinny biker. I’ve only interacted with them, maybe three or four times but every time he gives me a hard time and is extremely difficult and doesn’t actually assist at all.
Anyway, went to the key making station press the Help button and unfortunately, he’s the one that showed up. The key was by itself with my other car key so there wasn’t any paper or tag or anything on it. They would indicate that it came from Lowe’s. Without specifying this is my key I couldn’t have been any more clear that it was my key and I asked if he would be able to cut this key for me as I got it from Amazon and I’m just wanting to use it for my car door.
He accepted the key, put my actual car key in the machine and then started talking about how he would have to find that particular key and he wasn’t sure if he could actually make it and then he ended up not being able to find that particular key for sale so he told me he couldn’t do it because he wasn’t able to trick the machine into thinking that he was selling it to me and he refused to cut it.
Again, it’s not as much that he refused to cut the key but more he’s completely disrespectful and never helpful. I will never let him even attempt to assist again and I will go out of my way to figure it out myself or go ask someone else if he’s the only option to assist.
I don’t really understand how this dude still works there with his lack of Customer Service and the disrespect that he shows unless he just doesn’t like me.
Again, the only reason this review is not getting less than five stars is because it wasn’t the Stor’s fault but this individual that needs to learn people skills immediately.
If I had never gone in to Lowe’s before, and he was the only person that I interacted with, I would easily be able to give it a three star.
