I'd gone to two places prior and when I laid on a mattress here I immediately knew I'd be buying one. The better quality, density, construction, and support were obvious right away. Mike gave my partner and me some info to steer us in the right direction for our needs and then patiently left us alone to try out the showroom and decide with each other, which was a pleasant difference from other places. We bought one during that visit. Also, I bought it during their Black Friday sale week, and when I mentioned my friend was going mattress shopping on the upcoming and I'd tell her to try here, Mike said to have her mention my name and he'd give her the same deal even though it would be over! She also purchased one after trying and disliking other places a few weeks back, so this review is a recommendation from her as well - and yes, she got the deal as promised!

We wanted a very firm bed. We couldn't find one anywhere else that had it firm enough, even other places that builds them themselves. We were stuck between their firmest and second firestorm beds. They said they could "beef up" their second firmest to get us a mattress that would be in between the two. The bed was made and ready for pick up right when he said it'd be. From looking to now sleeping, it's been wonderful! Highly recommend!
