Coleen Clarke was our salesperson and was very helpful while we checked out all the inventory. She went above and beyond making sure the chairs fit our needs. We left as owners of 2 new La-Z-Boys. 😄

Great experience overall, and reminds me once again that Lazyboy is an actual furniture store, unlike the vultures at RC Willy. Well done, Lazyboy!

- CCCrashcopterDec 28, 20255.0Trashed my right shoulder in an auto accident. I couldn’t lay down in a bed because of the pain and couldn’t use my right arm to extend the foot support in my recliner. La-Z-Boy was able to sell me an Electric recliner with a handheld remote and they were able to deliver it the next day! The recliner included an electronic headrest and lumbar support which turned out to be a huge benefit. They saved me a massive amount of pain and frustration while I’m waiting a month for surgery! Thank you so much for your excellent customer service and support!

As we told her what we wanted she directed us to a different set, which was exactly what we were looking for in style, fabric and comfort. I didnt know it yet, wanted to mull it over…but a week later we drove back in to see her and placed the order. Again Elissa was her happy, charming, bubbly self. She is super knowledgable about the product shes selling and not pushy at all, she wants to make sure you are happy with what you are purchasing, since its going to last forever. So i believe we had excellent customer service and look forward to getting our new furniture! Thank you Lazboy of Boise and Elissa for all you have done so far for us!!!!!
