I expected a stressful experience, but the checkout lines moved incredibly fast and the shelves were still well-stocked. Every employee I encountered was wearing a smile and seemed happy to help. It’s rare to find such great service on a major holiday. This is definitely my favorite location in the area!

However today while I was looking in the fabric section an older lady (maybe the lead) seemed irritated overall and later on went up to another employee as I was standing right in front of the fabrics, this other employee was stocking and asked “who closed last night” in a very intense tone. Then went on complaining about signs being left out and sweeping not getting done. I totally understand how frustrating it can be to work with someone who maybe doesn’t pull the weight of the others, however this isn’t something that I think should be addressed in the fabric section at least not loudly. Luckily I didn’t need any help because I wouldn’t have felt comfortable asking for it as she clearly wasn’t in a good mood.
