Apparently they could not get a replacement from the Chinese manufacturer and could not have the pillow repaired. I understand those issues, but the bigger issue for me was that nobody from the store ever contacted me to try and rectify the situation. I live 30 miles from the store and made 4 trips in to try and get something done. My last trip, they had determined nothing could be done and had stuck the pillow in a cabinet, apparently just waiting for me to stop in yet again. Very poor customer service.

FR has always had the best staff to assist every time I have purchased. I have never received a less then great experience of staff and product. Even when I was credit challenged I was accepted. They now sell lazy boy and I’m sitting in a great recliner I got from them yesterday, my pup and I are very happy with the chair thank you
