  The absolute prettiest furniture! This store has the styles I’ve been looking for, and haven’t found at other stores. The prices were so fair too. We worked with Emma, and she was amazing! So sweet and helpful! She helped us move a couple couches across the store that we wanted to mix and match, so we could see it on site. Highly recommend Downeast Homes, and ask for Emma!

  Ordered a dining table about 6 months ago. I was overly clear and asked multiple times "how reliable have the shipments been and can I really expect it to come on time, and if not, just be honest with me and I'll buy the display model." "Yeah, yeah, the shipments have been right on time." - sales woman. Sure enough, I get a text 2 months before that, that the shipment will be delayed 2 more months. Ok, no worries, it happens. That time comes, sure enough, another text from good ol' Downeast, "we're sorry your shipment has been delayed 2 more months." Classic. At that point, the display model sold so that's not an option either. I'm still waiting on my table and bench. Good luck getting them to answer the phone, they're not strong in that department either. So if you enjoy waiting way longer than was promised for your item, people that don't answer the phone and not knowledgeable salesman, this is your place!

  I ordered a chair from there, and it's pretty comfy. The service was nice, and the employee who assisted me was very helpful and patient.
