When I went onto the website, it was not available in store or online. I waited a few days and the item said it was available for in store pickup. I ordered the item near the end of November and a few days later I check to see the order status. It said it had been cancelled. I got no call, text, or email. So I reached out to customer service because the item was showing back in stock today for almost $80 more than what I originally paid. By the time their customer service got back to me they said the item was out of stock again and they were unable to help me. It’s very frustrating to get an order cancelled, the price goes up, and customer service is unwilling to help. What is this AI generated response email anyway? Unimpressed.
