I was told I was refunded everything back on December 28th not a single penny back. Went to store on 1/09. It is up to another group to refund me, sorry but this store accepted my money but won't refund me. Said it would be refunded that day.. still not refunded. Do not buy appliances from Lowes they use third parties for everything and its awful. Communication is horrible. Never took possession of dryer but yet 16 days later still have not received money back. Home depot had new dryer in 3 days... great customer service
