    I can't believe how lazy these employees are. I'm a woman. I'm 53 and I have fibromyalgia. I doordash part-time to supplement my ssi. When I took an order at this store for 70 items, I thought it would be nails or something small. But it was actually 70 bags of soil and manure. I couldn't fit that in my little camry even if I wanted to lol. I immediately cancelled the order. Before I left, I talked to a couple store employees and found out it was actually an order they got earlier that morning. But when this location gets tough orders, they send them to doordash and uber. Glad for the info, but that's still a bad deal. If this Lowe's is uncomfortable with some orders, maybe they shouldn't do any online orders at all.

    Placed an order online to pickup at the store. Recieve both text and email saying it was ready for pickup. Drove 45 minutes to the store to find out it was canceled. Somehow this was still charged to my card however. No resolution was offered at store or when I called the customer service 1 800 number. I have shopped here for 25 years but this is the last time. They will never see another penny from me again. I know it's a big company and they neither care nor will be affected by this but I will no longer contribute to thier lack of customer care for something that should have been an easy fix. Your response is for me to call the same number that did nothing but make excuses and offered no solutions. That's a great idea.

    Avoid signing up for any home services/project services Lowe’s offers. I signed a contract for a home reverse osmosis system to be installed on September 1st through Lowe’s and today I was issued a refund due to their contractor going MIA (nearly 2 months after signed contract). Terrible customer service within this department. I encourage others to spend their money elsewhere. Update 10/29: Lowes replied to this review providing phone number to contact. I called and the customer service representative I spoke with did not know who to transfer this issue to. Ended the call with the issue unresolved. Pretty consistent with my experience with the Lowe’s customer service department over the last two months.
