Extremely disappointed with Lowe’s. The customer service was terrible and communication was almost nonexistent. I felt like I was left in the dark and passed around instead of actually helped. I had to chase down information multiple times, got conflicting answers, and no one took ownership of the issue. What should have been simple turned into a huge headache. Definitely not the level of service I expect.

Needed a dryer a week before Christmas. Showed up with electric instead of gas, driver said they would call me. Received call about 2 hours later saying I need to pay 100 more for gas dryer, did that then transfered me to another group saying I need to pay 150 for gas hookup , told them forget it and they would refund me back. I was told I was refunded everything back on December 28th not a single penny back. Went to store on 1/09. It is up to another group to refund me, sorry but this store accepted my money but won't refund me. Said it would be refunded that day.. still not refunded. Do not buy appliances from Lowes they use third parties for everything and its awful. Communication is horrible. Never took possession of dryer but yet 16 days later still have not received money back. Home depot had new dryer in 3 days... great customer service
