Go here often. More pricey than say Menards but more accessible and convienant. Large ticket items like appliances can be on sale better vs competition. Warranty are cheaper and better than competition vs elsewhere.

Absolutely awful customer service. Purchased 2 toilets weeks ago. Lowe's now outsources their installation service to Angie's List and takes zero responsibility for it. Waited all day last Tues, only for a no-call/no-show. Rescheduled for today, received this text at 1:00 pm for a 1:00 pm appt. Rescheduled for Dec 1 but they cannot guarantee that day either. Called both Angie's list and Lowe's directly with no explanation.
We've used Lowe's for decades, including installation of two 6-foot fences. We were pricing new carpet for our entire house, but they've lost our business.
