Leslie's company as a whole is a joke. online ordering/ returns is a mess. Store people tell you one thing. website says another and customer service says yet another. any time i tried to talk to anyone from Leslie's no on knew what was going on. Some items arrived aver a month late. No one could tell me why. When the wrong items were shipped returns were a nightmare. Says all over the website that online returns can be done at the store. Store employees said they can't accept them. Customer service is AWFUL!! I was excited to have another pool store in town, but I will not be back or shop online with Leslie's again.
