- JJJOct 16, 20251.0I get that this is a big box store, but that’s no excuse for employees ignoring customers. Every time I come in, the customer service is terrible, and yesterday was even worse. I walked around the store twice trying to find something or even find an employee to help. I asked a woman in a black shirt and name tag if she could help me find something and she straight up ignored me and continued to walk past me. I have never had that happen it was actually pretty bizarre lol. Maybe some better training on customer service would be great.
