  Two stars only because they had a specific 3D printing filament I’ve been looking for, but should be 1 star for the behavior I just saw exhibited by whom I’ve since been informed was a manager at this store. When I arrived at the registers around 5:30 today with my two items, there was a line of about 4-5 people at the register closest to the door. Surveying the field I noticed an employee in a pink sweater assisting a customer at the opposite end. Thinking this an opportunity to get some extra steps in, I started heading her direction only to find she had a “lane closed” sign which I took that to mean maybe she was going to be moving or would at least call for backup before leaving the area. Nope! No sort of acknowledgement, she just feigned aloofness and walked away to get out of helping the other cashier. Realizing he’d been ditched, the other cashier called for help which arrived ~45 seconds later. Half of which could’ve been saved if the other gal had requested it before just walking away. When said assistance arrived, I voiced my concern over the employee foregoing their responsibilities and leaving their coworker to the wolves, only to be told that it was in fact management that deserted their employee. What wonderful leadership!

  They have so many items you can look through I love their candles ❣️ also the store's ambiance is calm which is so helpful for my shopping experience I don't get overstimulated. Employees here are always very courteous.
