What a nightmare to deal with. One of our new lay Z boy couches wont recline properly. I have emailed, called and spoke with Shelly, Josh, Michele and Noah. They are just stalling. I asked for a exchange for a working couch and was told no by the manager. These are new couches and when you spend over a 2k you should be able to trust that your not SOLD DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS. I wish I went somewhere else. I assumed this would be a simple transaction with professional service. WORTHLESS.

What a great zero pressure experience. I got a great deal without feeling overwhelmed. Everything was transparent and easy to understand. Melissa was very nice and helpful, she explained everything clearly and made the whole process very simple.
