Will not work with other businesses to help customers, I sold someone off of Facebook a hot tub and ask them if they could go look at it as my technician is sick! they will not! The Man on the phone for technical support hung up on us and told us to get lost. Would not recommend these people as they are not willing to work! I've been in the spa business for 15 years never have I ever seen such horrible customer service. He told me he was going to tear up the job sheet because they just wouldn't do it? This business does not look out for your best interest. As we explained over the phone, our tech won't be able to get out till 2 weeks.

They even called the manufacturer and replaced the controls well over a year after I purchased it at no charge. Anytime I’ve called they have came out in less than 48 hours. Highly recommend Tubs R Us!!
