Never really liked lowes. But went in with a friend. Found a tool I needed and the store was clean. Tried to find a rug, online it said 3ft wide in store same sku was only 30in" and 55$. they didnt have any 36in at all..ended up getting one at menards for 20$ and they had atleast 20 different styles to choose from...so probably my first and last Lowes trip...seems like other items are more expensive too unless you pay for a membership, then you can get it for just a little more then somewhere else rather then alot more. 😉

3years ago we bought a Samsung refrigerator from Lowe’s in Waterloo. Trying to be proactive asked who services them. We were told A & E Service.
I now have a refrigerator and freezer that are not cooling and it has been down for a month. Lowe’s hands me a phone number to contact a Servicer. Which, which I had told the customer service person they do not service Samsung. I knew this because after a month of contacting Samsung and local servicers, we found no one. Still trying to get my unit repaired.
