Went and bought a doorbell for a house that is getting redone. Its a google one. This doorbell is the employees has to get. Contractor told me it's not wired but battery. Since upper management changed the rules they couldn't exchange the doorbell that they messed up on for the correct one. Homedepot or Menards for me from now on.

So I bought a upright freezer/refrigerator. They had to order it. I got an email saying it was in store today, and I could pick it up today. Today being 11/19/2025. I get there, and the guy at the customer service counter is completely lost. His badge said head cashier. I gave him my receipt. He stands there looking at it for a good 5 minutes. Then says to me he doesn't know where it is. He has to go ask another guy named Romando who is on lunch. So he walks away. About 3 minutes later he comes back with another guy. Sends that guy to find my freezer and pull it from the back. He said he, and another associate would get it loaded. I asked him if I could pull my suv around. He told me where to park, and that they would be out with my refrigerator. Well after waiting for about 10 minutes I go in. My upright is sitting there on a cart. The previous customer service guy is helping someone else. And the guy who is supposed to help me or the other guy load it is no where to be found. Finally after about another 10 minutes of waiting I just grabbed the cart wheeled it to my suv. Me and my wife loaded it. The freezer seems to be working great. However your customer service sucks.

Enver, the associate we dealt with in the appliance section, was such a well informed and patient person to deal with. We took up quite a bit of time choosing and comparing appliances and he never once made us feel like an inconvenience. He was up front about all associated costs and delivery fees, as well as mapping out the entire process from purchasing to install. He also made us aware of several discount bundles and advantages.
