Without our permission they saved a card on file and ran it through this week knowing we call in weekly with the card that we're going to use that week or we go in and pay cash. But Marley decided to take it upon herself and it took out automatic withdraw affecting our bank account. They say that it automatically did it when they put us on a promise to pay but that is bull crap because they did the same thing to my cousin a few months ago. We almost have our merchandise paid off and have put too much into it to just give it back. However we only have one item through them which is a good thing because I will never ever get anything here again I will stick with Rent-A-Center who we have other items with and have been loyal customers and they don't pull no crap like the employee at Arona did. They are very nice and their prices are great and they are very clean and I thought they were very professional until this incident today. I would recommend going through Rent-A-Center if you don't want to have them storing your card on file and running it whenever they feel like it affecting your account. When this item is paid off they will not have our service again.
