  Budget Blinds did a wonderful job at switching hardware on existing curtains and then new drapes in another room. Beautiful and detailed! They steamed and took the time to make them perfect, before leaving. Extreme attention to detail! I didn’t know they even did curtains, but they offer a giant, gorgeous selection of fabrics. I’ll post pictures of them still wrapped up. (Will remove from steaming in 24/48 hours, but this will help hold the pleats.)

  Our blind technician was prompt, friendly, and knowledgeable. We had a problem with our initial blinds only raising only half way and they were replaced with new blinds. We only had to pay the service/re-installation fee. Thank you for your service.

  This company is full service. We had a situation with an outdoor blind and they came out immediately 8 months later and fixed it. No questions asked, just took responsibility immediately. I cannot say enough about their products and service. Really good people running this company..

  From initial consultation to the installation appointment a few weeks later, this crew made the entire process easy and enjoyable! Their professionalism and expertise were invaluable at the consultation meeting where they were able to suggest window treatments and colors/fabrics that would work best for our specific space. They were so patient and accommodating as my wife and I played around with different combinations and asked for different measurements and configurations. The installation too, was nothing but a wonderful experience. The crew who installed our shades were knowledgeable, polite, and efficient. They showed my wife and me how to use everything with our smart shades system and even helped us set up a couple of schedules for opening/closing shades in the iPhone app. They were clean and respected our home, making sure to vacuum up debris and remove all trash and packaging after they were done which was important to us who have animals in the house who would just love to eat something left over from installation. I can't recommend this company enough, from start to finish it truly was a five star experience!
