  Ordered new door handles and adeadbolt for our front entry door through Karen Goldsworth. Once they arrived ( 2 business days) the locks were rekeyed within 5 minutes and quickly installed. Everything from start to finish was seamless! Thanks for the great service and products!

  We had a great experience from the start with SEI. Luke, with the sales department was knowledgeable and took the time to explain our options clearly while answering many of our questions, but never once felt pushy or pressured us into making a decision. That alone made the process feel comfortable and trustworthy. Installation day went just as smoothly although had to be separated into different days due to weather and the extent of work that needed to be done. Steve and the other technicians arrived on time, were kind and professional, and worked efficiently to get everything set up without any issues. They walked us through how to use the system and made sure we felt confident before they left. Since then, the system itself has been reliable and easy to us. On the one occasion we needed help resetting the system (due to an electrician mistakingly removing the glass break device) SEI was able to get us scheduled quickly and resolved everything without hassle. Overall, we’ve been very impressed with the entire experience and the cost is reasonable in comparison to other security systems we looked into. The peace of mind this system provides is truly priceless, and we would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a dependable and stress-free security solution.
