  Ordered a new dining set over the phone today and had excellent customer service from Melissa. She was very thorough in all the details about my order including warehouse and pickup time availability. Looking forward to my new set and making family memories.

  I enjoyed shopping at this store with all the many unique decorative household items to look at, and beautiful furniture. The salespeople were very attentive to us and very helpful with finding exactly what we were looking for, and the checkout process was very efficient and quick.

  Our entire home furnishings are from HOM Furniture. Steve has helped us many times with different items. We recently went in the get a new living room set, our previous one purchased at HOM lasted us more years than expected and more than the average for a home with children and pets. He spent time with us making sure this was the set for us and our family. We highly recommend HOM furniture and Steve for all of your home furnishing needs.

  Very impressed with a very clean store. The best part was dealing with Kristin 😁 she spent a lot of time with us explaining every detail of the chair we were looking at and made sure everything she said was correct and accurate. We went in there too look at a flexsteel chair ended up buying two of them. If I could give six stars I would. Thank you!

  ⭐☆☆☆☆ Disappointing “White Glove” Delivery Experience On December 10th, 2025 we purchased a couch and paid an additional $175 for “White Glove” delivery, which is advertised as full-service setup. Prior to delivery, we called three separate times to confirm whether my husband needed to be present to assist. Each time, we were clearly told he did not need to be there because the delivery team would handle everything. The delivery on December 27th was extremely disappointing and did not reflect the service that was promised. The entire process took less than 12 minutes from arrival to departure. The couch was unwrapped before it even came off the truck and was then dropped on my porch, knocking over decorations and becoming dirty before it was brought inside. More concerning, the delivery team entered my home twice without permission. The first time, I came out of the bathroom to find them already standing in my living room. The second time, after they had already left, one of the workers opened my door and walked back inside without knocking while I was in another room checking on my baby. They also did not wear shoe covers or make any effort to protect my floors, tracking dirt across a freshly cleaned home. When I contacted management with the videos from my ring camera, I was told that because I knew a delivery was scheduled, I should have expected them to enter my home without permission. That response was unacceptable. This experience still feels very unsettling to look back on. It was not the level of professionalism, care, or respect that was advertised, especially for a paid “White Glove” service. I would not recommend paying for this service based on my experience.
