    I would generally give Lowe's a much higher star rating but my last experience dictates I give them only one star. I ordered a shower head online and paid for the installation. The shower head was supposed to be delivered in two days. It was delivered over a week later. As for the installation, they gave me a 5 PM installation time, during dinner time. I rescheduled for another day at 10 AM. No one could get here so it was rescheduled. I ultimately canceled the installation, got my $90 refunded, and installed it myself. Also, I do not like the fact that Lowe's does not have their own installation crews. Instead, they use Angi's. If I pay for installation from a large retail business, I expect them to install it, not put it out there for any Joe Blow off Angi's list to do their work for them.

    Dont bother calling the number they tell you to call. I did. I was told I dont know why they referred you to call us. You can file a complaint though. So i said OK. They said they can haul our old fridge away on NOVEMBER 10TH, (that's a long ways away!) and can hook up our new fridge, as well as walk us through how to run everything since there is no manual. They will not refund the hook up fee as that is part of the new fridge!! Thats ridiculous! I wouldnt have paid the extra if i had known they would say that. Long story short. The only thing i got back was the money for the haul away since they didnt do any of it, and a fridge still sitting in my living room that I have to now figure out how to get out of my house. If i could put a zero down for them i would cause calling the number proves they STILL truly suck!! My husband and I went to lowes to purchase a refrigerator. This was Tuesday Oct 14th. We found one we liked and had a nice young man help us. They however could not deliver until Monday October 27th. We asked if they could set it up and take our old one out. He said yes they can. There are fees for this of course. We paid the fees. Today our fridge was delivered. HOWEVER ...they would not hook it up as it needed a shut off valve to switch from one fridge to the other. We told them the shut off was in the basement. They stated they could not go down and do that. Mind you my husband is an amputee and does not do well with stairs. He has also had a stroke and is unable to use his left hand. My husband offered to clamp it off so they could at least get the old fridge out if the house. They refused to let him do this and told him he would have to hook the fridge up himself and could call and they would come back and get the old fridge. When I got off work I called customer service to complain. They can't go more than 3 ft from the fridge and they can't pick up the old fridge until NEXT Monday! I'm so irritated with them I wish we would have gone somewhere else to purchase the fridge. The man made me so mad I ended up hanging up on him. Did I get refunded what I paid to have those services? Nope sure haven't! I will never buy from Lowe's again and would suggest if your elderly or in bad health, steer clear of Lowes! Next time I will go to Colemans. We know they would make sure the job is done!

    Absolutely terrible experience at Lowe’s in Sioux City. Shopping for major appliances, water softener, garbage disposal, etc today. Found a few misc items, went to check out. 1 item had coupons to use, not noticing the coupons exp in 2022. My husband asked the store manager if they could do a curtesy, and honor them for as long as it’s been sitting on the shelf. Never hurts to ask. Of course answer was no. My husband asked several times, and this manager got very agitated. My husband and I are almost 70, and at times my husband’s hands shakes, especially when he’s frustrated. Went to throw the coupons on the counter, said “you can’t even honor these coupons when this has been sitting on your self for this long? And they fell on the floor instead of the counter. This manager said to my husband, “so do you expect me to treat you like a princess when you throw things on the floor? And walked off. I don’t care about the coupons, but for this manager, to have this kind of an attitude toward anybody, especially a senior citizen, is just despicable. Beyond words. I can definitely take my business elsewhere if this is the kind of people that you employ at your store
