First delivery kids were rude and not careful with furniture and didn't even finish setting everything up, had 1 piece on backorder so complained to manager and told us when they delivered other piece that they would finish job but when they delivered it they did not have anything saying to finish and would have to make another appointment. After spending almost 20,000 dollars you would think we would get better customer service but they don't care

He took time with us to ask what we were looking for, how we would use our purchase, our budget, likes and dislikes and then he showed us some of the most beautiful furniture we've ever seen. It fits us perfectly. We really enjoyed working with Tim and will continue to work with Tim as we continue furnishing our home. He's very professional but also he's a blast.

So Tim hooked us up with a print out of the 1's we liked, along with what was in stock & what wasn't. When we were ready it was Tim's day off. He met us there anyway & helped us make our purchase & set up delivery. Thanks for everything!! We will definitely trust Tim & HOM Furniture with our next purchase.
