  This star has no many great deals. I could accidently go in there and come out with tons of stuff I dont need but want and tons of stuff I do need but will never use. Love it!!!

  Employees were friendly and patient with our group of 6 purchasing items individually. Craft projects Nice selection Prices were reasonable for the most part Accessibility was good as our group had people with walkers and wheelchairs. They were able to maneuver pretty easily throughout the store

  One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had, particularly in terms of professionalism and customer service. My boyfriend and I were shopping for his daughter’s upcoming 3rd birthday. One checkout line was busy with a cart full of items, so we were directed to another open register. As we approached, the cashier clearly watched my boyfriend hand me the two items I intended to purchase and say, “I’ll pay for these while you get the other items.” When she finished ringing up his items, she abruptly set down the “Register Closed” sign and walked away, visibly frustrated and without saying a word. She did this just as I was placing two small items on the counter, with my card already in hand to pay. Another employee noticed us standing there, confused, and came over to ask what had happened. I explained the situation and expressed how unprofessional and disrespectful the cashier’s behavior was. We immediately requested a refund for everything we had just purchased—approximately $95 worth of items. The floor manager came over, and we again explained the situation. For a business that presents itself as a “faith-based” establishment, the behavior we encountered was far from those values or standards. I understand that employees need breaks or may have bad days, but there is never an excuse to treat customers in such a dismissive and disrespectful manner. This experience has completely changed my perception of this store. If this type of behavior is tolerated or representative of its values, it does not deserve my business. I will gladly take my business elsewhere, even if it means paying more for the respect and professionalism every customer deserves.
