  we ended up having a unit for 3 years! we never had a problem getting in the secured area. I made contact through email and had quick responses. I highly recommend this facility.

  I looked around for months trying to find the perfect storage unit for my things. Being told by many people that they would be worried about it getting broken into, made me very nervous and skeptical. I went with squirrel storage because the clean environment and the surveillance coverage they had. I had/have my storage unit for about 4 months now and have had zero issues. I read some reviews online of squirrel storage and seen some that stated it was very hard to get ahold of someone because the pleasant hill storage site was not an office location, therefore no one was ever there BUT I’ve had it go very smoothly. Eben was very kind, helpful and got back to me in a timely matter. Over all I’ve had zero issues and highly recommend squirrel storage.
