When that didn’t work, he said he was dumbfounded and would call Whirlpool. Haven't heard a word from them since mid April. They dropped us like a rock. I was patient with them and we still got burned. I would never ever recommend them for anything!!!!!

They seem competent yet slow. Gave them 4 stars in hopes they see this, want the 5 and find a qualified tech to finish the job early this week. (Parts are available and ship quickly so that’s not the delay.)
