  Joel was very well informed about the mattresses he is selling. He answered all our questions and helped make the sales experience a good and often humorous one. I would recommend people check with him when looking for a new mattress.

  I came in today to buy a boxspring. I met with a representative named Joel 10 out of 10 experience. I could not ask for something better warm, friendly inviting very informative 10 out of 10 ask for Joel.

  1 year ago we bought a new mattress and pillow....I have a hard time finding pillows that work for me and this one has been awesome! So, now that we have a cabin I needed another pillow to leave there so I don't have to keep dragging it back and forth....I couldn't remember which pillow I got so I called the store hoping they still had a record of my purchase....Monica was super friendly and eager to help me... She was able to look it up right away and answered all of my questions I had about comparable pillows they sell..(I was contemplating trying a different one)..I ended up deciding on the same one I already have and she placed an order to be shipped directly to my home right away! She was so helpful without being pushy and trying to sell me something different!

  First of all we are not buy today type of customers. We get information, ruminate a few days and then make a purchase. Noah was delightful to work with. He is knowledgeable, polite, has a sense of humor, answered all our questions and was not pushy. When we were discussing pillows he told us which pillow he personally preferred and why. I found that very helpful. At the end of our first visit Noah wrote down information and cost for us to take home. When we returned a few days later he welcomed us and answered our additional questions. He was very courteous throughout the paperwork process. We are looking forward to receiving our purple mattress

  Joel didn't just sell us a bed, he helped us find the bed that was the right fit for us. With thoughtful questions and a fair bit of patience he walked us through the different options in the store, explaining the differences of each to figure out which type of bed would bring us the most comfort. He also took his time and picked out 7 different pillows to try, as I usually wake up with neck pain. When it came time for us to make a choice on a frame he kindly priced out difference options so we knew what our end total would be for each. In the end Joel did sell us a bed, but made sure it made since for our comfort and price. He also explained customer satisfaction with his sale. This gave us peace of mind that if we didn't love the one we picked we'd be able to exchange or our money back.
