Also took in my snowblower for possible gas leak and not starting and electric starter install. First part of November. No communication. Everytime I called was told it would be next week. I finally called again and was told my equipment was done after a month and a half and 3 snow falls.No one called to say it was done. Expect delivery on frday, due to delivery guy having time off for family business ( understandable). They delivered ahead of schedule ( great đđ). That's when I saw the hitch not done. Called and was told they couldn't due after market stuff (fair enough), but the hitch point wasn't straightened. All in all very good place, little pricey but what isn't these days. Only 3 stars for lack of communication.

Letâs hope repair cost will Not more than worth! đ

A man was on the computer right in front of me but wouldnât even look at me. Several other employees walked right past me, but none would make eye contact. I waited five minutes and then left. They really need to work on their customer service. I did get the mower I wanted at Lowes.
