Was primarily shopping for yarn and while they had quite a bit it wasn't as extensive as what I was used to compared to the bigger store in another town that Im used to. Check out staff seemed tired or bored. Not sure which. They weren't as chatty and seemed to have very little interest. Usually when I shop at this chain the check out staff comments or asks about my projects. Might have just been an off day. Id still go back because I can always find what Im looking for at Hobby Lobby.

What's the point in having a vast selection if your customers have to take off work just to leave the store with any of it? There's so many registers, yet they seem like the least prioritized area in the store. Most of my visits consist of me finding what I need and then wasting time putting it all back on the shelf because of the massive line at the only available register. I very rarely get to actually leave the store with anything because a single person is tasked with helping every person who walks in, bless their patient heart. I want to like this place a lot more than I do, but I can't afford to gamble my time every time I need something. Hasn't been the first time, but will probably be the last. At least the window-shopping is fun.
