- RSRandy SandhagenMar 7, 20261.0Purchased all new Samsung appliances, after spending over 3000 in appliances, the microwave (over the oven type) delivered by Lowe’s to our home doesn’t work. Doesn’t do a thing. It was installed by our electrician. Lowe’s will not return our money or issue a new one because they only cover for 2 days. (Really?). Samsung plays an online and phone game with you to put you thru their weardown process, then tell you there are no service representatives in our area so there is no one to come fix it or replace it. Guess I’ll dump it on their doorstep and they can pay to dispose of it but We are DONE with Lowe’s. Just wish i’d known this before buying thousands of dollars worth of stuff from them in the past 6 months remodeling an entire house. Never again. Buy some place where they service what they sell.

I told him I thought I could find everything on my own, but I was struggling getting everything on my list. I agreed to have him help. He was so great, and I am sure I had everything on my list in a fraction of what it would have taken me to find everything on my own. I have not shopped at a Lowes in a very long time, but now I will definitely be shopping here before I shop at Menards. Thank you Terry for helping me and getting me back home a lot earlier than I had expected.
- DVDan VilanjFeb 19, 20265.0We went here a few weeks ago, and we were very impressed with the young man in the lumber department (I didn't catch his name). We were buying 6 sheets of maple plywood to use as drop ceiling tiles. As such, I needed it cut in quarters and I wanted the grain all going the same way. He was so conscientious in making sure each half was rotated 90 degrees before cutting again so the grain went the long way like I wanted! He even caught that he mis-cut 1 sheet by 1/2", and sold us that one for half price. He then asked me to help pick out the replacement sheet so it was free of the defects i didn't want. He could have just grabbed any random sheet (he saw me reject several sheets that were now on top of the pile) and we would never have known until we got home- 2 hours away. The free cutting is great for sheet stock like that, and his handling of my pickiness was perfect! Thanks to him, this project is coming along very nicely!

I had our little doodle with us and so having the help from Lylly was appreciated. Lylly was lovely, helpful and knew what she was doing. Yesterday Colten helped me in the outlet cover aisle and he was there again today. Both of them were a delight and I hope they are recognized by the manager! Hang onto these two bc it’s hard to find great employees. Thank you!
