We are very pleased with the customer service from Dubuque Lowe’s manager, Wally. We ordered a snow blower which was scheduled for delivery two days after purchase. The delivery did not happen as scheduled. When we contacted the store we learned the delivery was changed from a Lowe’s truck to a third party. The third party was not reliable and failed to deliver the snow blower. Wally ensured the item was delivered by the store within hours of our conversation.
