Can’t even price match there own item they have online same exsact product as in store. I own a small buissness so when u need several items and shit adds up fast. Absolutely garbage customer service go to Menards way better return policy price match and actually respect there customers

We buy alot of big ticket items here and unfortunately my husband says this will pry be the last time. We went in looking to purchase a dishwasher We had a 10% off can Sue came up and was happy to help us. We explained which one we wanted and she said we would have to wait for it to come in no big deal. She said there's a 40.00 charge for delivery. My husband said I will just pick it up and save the 40.00 fee. She said we can't take it off but if u have it delivered u can get it tomorrow if we pick up Wednesday was earliest. He said im not paying 40.00 to deliver myself. She then went to talk to Phil who was rude and said y does it matter about delivery fee just put it on your lowes acct. My husband frustrated at this point is like im done im not interested so he puts all his other items back as well and Sue and Phil loose out on a 1000.00 sale. I think go to Customer service counter explain the situation and the lovely lady said no u dont have to pay for shipping and was able to place the order for me without that 40.00. I didn't get her name but she was working with a Jon on 11-1-25. She was so much friendly and willing to help then the other two who cared less about us. Please tell her thank you and Thanks for the dog treats for my Scooby!

So we came here the other day for halloween stuff.And let me tell you you will not be disappointed.They have a ton of halloween stuff.Anywhere from your small little knick, knacks to your nine feet blow type halloween. The staff here is very friendly. If you ever need anything home improvement wise, I highly recommend it.

We ordered a door installation project from Lowes
3/21/2025 with completion date to be planned by
9/21/2025. Door installation occurred 5/16/2025 with
subcontractor from lowe's coming out at that time
removing existing door only to find door was too small for
orifice and attempted to install just to seal hole until
replacement door could be ordered. Spoke with lowe's
corporate at which time they would look into remediation
and different subcontractor came out and remeasured
door in early 6/2025. Every 1-2 weeks received call from
Lowe's that door was on order. After contract complete date spoke with lowes corporate again and they stated the door was never ordered since they did not have that size and that they could come back out and "modify" the door to fit. We asked for a refund at that time and they would only refund door purchase price with return of the door to the store. No attempts at remediation.
In summary, 6 months of working with lowe's on replacing a door only to go back to square one after all the frustration and empty promised. Highly recommend not working with lowe's installation services as nothing but bad customer service.
