- KKkaykayApr 4, 20261.0Purchase a two-piece couch set from them the first couch that they showed me .was the one that I wanted and they sold it to me. right before my delivery date one of the sales persons call me and told me that they had already sold that particular couch sets .then show me another one for a cheaper price after I had already paid for the first one .they were supposed to give me a refund for the remainder of the amount for the first couch set but having returned the money I've been in contact with the store for a while and haven't heard anything but they need to talk to their regional manager ! this is bad customer service because number one you should check your inventory to make sure you know what is sold or not sold . your customer wouldn't be paying extra money! And return the money that is due to your customers! other than that I think the couch set that I purchased is beautiful except for a few scuffs

Cool no problem, the sales representative never told me this, which is not okay. You should be providing all of the terms and conditions of purchases. I called during the delivery to speak with the GM, Antwan to express concern, I could here him in the background saying he wasn't coming to the phone and he would call back. Needless to say, he never called back which is also not a reflection of good customer service. Do better! I personally would not refer anyone to this office.
