- BDBrian DalldorfApr 1, 20261.0I had a very disappointing experience in the tool department at Lowe’s. The so called manager of the department was extremely rude and unprofessional. She was loud and could be heard yelling at her employees, which created an uncomfortable and tense environment in that area of the store. A couple other customers exchanged looks with me when we heard and saw the yelling. When I approached her with a question, she was not helpful at all and seemed uninterested in assisting me. This experience really left an uneasy impression. Everyone has stuff going on. If everyone acted that way, it would be chaos.

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s.
