We have been calling for weeks to get it fixed under our warranty and they are not calling back or setting up any appointments to fix it. We finally just asked for a new set since we are not confident that they will fix it and they refuse to call us back. Worst purchase we have ever made. We regret going to Lazy Boy and will never recommend them to anyone else.

HOWEVER, when the chairs were delivered on 12/01/2025, one of the chairs did not move, electrical part was not working. The major problem was the new part had to be ordered and wasn't installed until Feb 25, 2026. Over two months to get a new part. That is crazy. LAZY BOY had made a sale and the didn't try and find parts. I bet the factory had our part. But LB couldn't use their part, they needed to make a sale. They didn't care we had to wait for our part for the sale, they had our money. They had to continue making chairs and NOT REPAIR FAULTY EQUIPMENT. RELIABLE STORES have repair products on the shelves and treat all customers the same. Enough.... Bob Steeber
