  Update: After further discussion, AE heard and understood our concerns. We are very thankful and appreciative for the way this company has now handled our predicament. This falls in-line with the knowledgeable staff and positive customer service we have experienced from them in the past. We look forward to sharing our positive experience with others and doing business with them in the future. Super disappointed in our experience here. The salespersons and others were so personable and seemed so knowledgeable. My husband went into detail about our current mower (purchased with our property) and our needs based on acreage. My husband purchased a zero turn mower based on the recommendation of the salesperson, who assured him the mower would fit our needs. My husband realized the first time out that it was not near the mower we had or need. Upon calling the business my husband was told, that after one use and two weeks, his only option was to trade in for a $2,000 loss, even with our plan to purchase and upgrade to a larger mower through them. We are not without blame and understand that, to some degree, we should have been more informed. Unfortunately, when you purchase from a business, you hope they are qualified to help you make an informed decision.
