Lowes will only refund in-store credit when using a gift card as the original payment method. This makes absolutely no sense when you have proof of purchase that they cannot reload it to a gift card. I am now limited to buying only an item in store when my original payment method allowed me to purchase items in store and online.

J-Lo is the appliance department is an absolute gem. She looked at almost every fridge with us and was so patient camping me find the one I wanted.
