Bought Christmas decorations the day after and decided less than a week later that I had too many. Before I even reached the return desk I was told I couldn't return them. Not the end of the world but when I mentioned never seeing a sign that stated this I was told it was on the receipt. Really?? Because by the time you see it on the receipt you have already bought them not knowing beforehand. 🤣🤣 Not the best way to educate the consumer.
I often feel like returning things even just a day or two later with a receipt in hand is met with a less than friendly attitude at most of the stores.

■ This store had the product I was looking for (SKU and shelf space), unfortunately they couldn't sell them. I kinda get why, odd reason, just a bummer really. Oh well.

12/03/25. OMMFG this has got to be the WORSE process to get your Military Discount at Lowe's. At this point, I just feel like U don't want us to have it. If I gotta go thru all that. I end up having to get a Rep on the line to help walk me thru the steps. MAD FRUSTRATING. We was on the phone for at least an hour to get this done. And am good with computer program and online stuff. And am still not sure if it took. Why don't ya have a symbol show by yr name or something to know U successful complete the process.
Love the store. U can find anything here. I don't know why my Military Discount doesn't come up; this is the 3rd time I've been to Lowe's n didn't get my discount
