HOWEVER, when the chairs were delivered on 12/01/2025, one of the chairs did not move, electrical part was not working. The major problem was the new part had to be ordered and wasn't installed until Feb 25, 2026. Over two months to get a new part. That is crazy. LAZY BOY had made a sale and the didn't try and find parts. I bet the factory had our part. But LB couldn't use their part, they needed to make a sale. They didn't care we had to wait for our part for the sale, they had our money. They had to continue making chairs and NOT REPAIR FAULTY EQUIPMENT. RELIABLE STORES have repair products on the shelves and treat all customers the same. Enough.... Bob Steeber

We were able to find what we wanted and when Karen came over, she was able to answer our questions, no pressure. We came back a few days later, with more questions, and Karen was so pleasant, helpful and patient. We were able to get exactly what we wanted. Very happy with our experience.

We had to meet certain requirements for him and she was extremely helpful assisting us. If fact, she took us to the exact chair that we needed to meet his needs. Very much appreciate her friendliness, knowledge, and compassion during our shopping experience.
