  Our salesperson, Kaitlin, was awesome. Very knowledgeable about the mattresses and thoroughly answered all of our questions. No pressure at all. She was a pleasure to work with on purchasing our mattress.

  Salesman took time to explain the benefits of the mattress I choose. I do wish I would have know though that they seem to have a sales every month instead of just around the holidays.

  Todd Sinda was friendly, informative, and professional during our mattress tour. He explained all the options available and guided us to our new bed in a timely manner. I would recommend going and checking out their selection if you are in need of a new bed.

  Byrant greeted me as soon as I arrived and after tell him what I was interested in, he gave me options, checked the inventory and helped me with the firmness that was best for me. I was in and out in about 45 minutes. 👏👏

  Todd assisted in helping my wife and I purchase a new mattress today. He was very helpful and knowledgeable about the products. He was able to articulate the differences between different styles and product lines. I give Todd a 5 star. As for the store, we did not care for the fact the mattress was displayed and advertised on “clearance” but it was only disclosed close to time of purchase that “clearance” is actually a pre-used mattress that another customer returned. Having known it was used prior for 3 months by another customer we would not have considered the “clearance price” and just looked at the cost for brand new. For personal reasons, especially with a mattress we did not opt for the discounted “clearance pricing. I find it to be misleading in the decision making process as it relates to the purchase. The store should be more upfront with their advertising as this seems to be somewhat of a bait and switch. In conclusion, Todd was great; however, the store needs to be more forthcoming instead of putting a small blurb of text under the “clearance” pricing to contact a store associate for further details.
