Went to the store because most Lowe's carry the Rubbermaid spray flat mop
I did find two there but they did not have any flat mop heads so I bought two of the regular flap mop systems just so that I could get the two flat mop heads to go with it
The product kept wanting to fall off the shelf on me
One of the employees did step around. The corner asked me if I needed help but I was like no. I'm good and they did say that if I did they were right around the corner so that was nice
Even though they carry the Swiffer and bona items, the Rubbermaid flat mop heads should have been in the mop head section and they just didn't have any except for the multi-pack of the throwaway
Beyond that, everything else was pretty good
I do understand that they have people that watch the self-checkouts but and it's not a bad thing that they help you check out and scan everything for you but I can definitely handle that

Very good experience, Dave or Dale (my apologies I forgot his name) from merchandising department was very helpful, taking time away from stocking shells to look up an item for me per my request. He was very professional and helpful. The other store employees where helpful and nice from my experience i didn't need their help but I saw them helping other people. The store was very clean and orderly. Very happy to be a customer here.

I had a delivery here and arrived at around 5am. I docked my semi trailer to wait for the store to open at 7am. As I was waiting, Another truck,Werner, pulled in. Since he had a seal on his trailer, He had to wait for the store to open before docking. When the store opened, A Lowe's straight truck also pulled in. I was asked to pull out of the dock for the Lowe's truck to get offloaded first. My complain is,why Was the Werner truck that found me there given priority over me?. Lowe's delivery time is between 7am and 4pm. Regardless of my ethnicity, and the explanation given to me,that felt like an excuse, This made me feel discriminated. Why was the guy who came after me offloaded first. WHY?

These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s.
