    ordered a Refrigerator Order # 300902361254748434 said if bought by this on 12 27 2025 said i bought by this time we could of gotten it the next day but we had something going on the 12 28 2025 moved everything out of the way then looked it said will be delivered 12/29/2026 WTF wife called out local store and they dont have it it might be tomorrow 12/30 2025 very disappointed

    I bought 6 appliances when I purchased my home in 2021. When they arrived I was informed that the fridge had been damaged and they offered me 10% off to keep that one. When I had my house rewired a few months later the electricians discovered that the dryer was damaged as well and could have caused a fire. When I called the store I was told to contact the manufacturer to which they blew me off as well ( Amana ). I contacted corporate and they corrected the issue. Thus when my washer crapped out after only 4 years I gave Lowes another chance. That was a mistake because their 3rd party delivery companies truck broke down at around 1pm. I was told they would give me an update. I checked periodically and saw that the system said they had 11 stops to go for hours and it didn't move. It was just outside of Riverside at the time. Hours later around 5pm I saw the truck had moved to Burlington; entirely skipping me in Washington, with only 9 stops left. Not long after the delivery company called me and said I had to reschedule because their truck couldn't be fixed. If that's the case how did it end up going from Riverside to Burlington. Regardless I was transferred to Lowe's Scheduling but no hand over took place and the employee could careless about the issues I was facing. As I happened to be close to the store I decided to deal with it directly. There I learned from the Assistant Manager; who also didn't care, that they use one 3rd party delivery company and they come out of the warehouse in Cedar Rapids. He "rescheduled" it for two days from today ( Sunday to Tuesday ) and just like with the dryer I was left unhappy and very dissatisfied. Moments after I left I got a call from Lowe's Scheduling and turns out the Assistant Manager didn't reschedule my delivery and install but instead did a "service" appointment. I've spent thousands and this latest purchase was nearly $700, unless something substantial changes I'll never use Lowe's again for any reason. I feel the Coralville location employees don't care one bit about issues under their control to solve and treat any ourchas no matter the amount as if it's a $10 door dash McDonald's order. In fact I've gotten better customer service from McDonalds. I work in the transportation industry and have for over 2 decades, if I ever treated any customer or representative as I've been treated in these three interactions I would have been fired on the spot. It's a shame because Lowes does have great lower level employees but the management is not even lackluster it is very detrimental. No discount, corrective action or even apology has been given at any stage and I'm half tempted to cancel my order and go with another company. These interactions have put such a bad taste in my mouth I finally decided to make a review as I can't be the only one being screwed by this locations apathetic approach to customer service. Hell you get treated better at Rent A Center!

    I had a very good experience with Cristine Chalupa. She helped me with an online order. Made sure I got the best deal and she lined up delivery. Very knowledgeable, professional and efficient. Lowe’s is fortunate to have her customer service..

    Like a walmart but with building parts. Biggest issue is finding anyone to help you on most most trips. You physically have to search for employee and ask where a particular item is located. Yes I know there's an APP FOR THAT. Employee has to use his handheld to find location anyway on a few occasions. Not a supply house so don't expect to find repair parts for anything more than faucets and electrical breakers. Although they have many light fixtures on display, no high quality items. Bathroom needed some cleaning and maintenance technician and maintenance. Staff at register are friendly. Garden center better than Walmart. Culvers garden Center is best
