Our first issue was the price, it was double what was advertised. We should have went elsewhere but the 7 day guaranteed pulled us in. it was 9 days before they could even measure then it was over 2 additional weeks before installation. The job was sloppy and there are gaps on our walls, overall it was a very bad experience. Lowes has given us the run around and finally said they aren't going to do anything. We will never shop there again and recommend you find a local shop for your projects.

These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s.
