- CHCrystal Hennigan4 days ago1.0I ordered and got my carpet installed by Lowe's.The only thing I asked was for 2 english speaking people to install it. I was told after buying it remind you. That only 1 will speak English the other will only speak Spanish. What has this world come to. I will make this very public. Shame on lowes

I will NEVER shop at Lowes again. Stuck with an $800 washer that doesn't work. VERY DISSATISFIED CUSTOMER!!! UPDATE Called the customer service number listed. Tony in customer service said they CANNOT RECTIFY THE SITUATION UNLESS IT WAS PURCHASED WITH A LOWES CREDIT CARD!!!! Called Whirlpool and they scheduled a technician that was a no call no show. Contacted Whirlpool again and now they want PAID to provide customer service! This is a textbook example of extortion according to the RICCO ACT.

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped.
