  We had an excellent experience with the Hobby Lobby in Cedar Falls, especially their custom framing department. Kathryn O. was absolutely fantastic to work with—knowledgeable, patient, and incredibly skilled at helping bring our vision to life. She assisted us with a large custom framing project featuring multiple pieces celebrating Bill Colwell Ford’s 40th anniversary, and the final result exceeded our expectations. The layout, matting, colors, and overall craftsmanship were spot-on and truly elevated these meaningful pieces. Kathryn’s attention to detail and eye for design made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. If you’re considering custom framing, I highly recommend asking for her—you’ll be in great hands. We couldn’t be happier with how this turned out!
