First delivery: When our contractors arrived, they found the tub was broken. We initiated an exchange. Replacement delays: We were told the new tub would arrive in 14 days. On the scheduled day of delivery, the date was suddenly pushed back a week. The following week—same story. Delivery fiasco: When the truck finally came, they had forgotten to load the tub, adding yet another week. Second attempt: When the replacement finally arrived and our contractors returned, that tub was damaged too. Trying to resolve this has been equally frustrating. Calls to the Burlington store repeatedly sent us to overseas call centers, and promised callbacks never happened. We ultimately had to use the Lowe’s smartphone app chat just to reach someone who could help. Even then, we were redirected back to calling Burlington to resolve. It is now September 29—over five months later—and we still don’t have a usable tub. No one I talk to at Burlington seems to be able to tell me how I can resolve this issue. Why can't a replacement piece for what was broken (a single panel of the tub surround) be shipped to me? If you value your time, money, or sanity, think twice before ordering large items from this location. We are beyond frustrated and angry with Lowe's.

Scratched baseboard. 2 seams visible and separating. Wrinkles in carpet. Pad is cut back 3 to 4 inches from the cabinet which looks terrible. They offered $400 back for a job I have to have totally redone with new carpet. This is not the Lowe's I have enjoyed going to for years. To bad they went so far down hill.

These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s.
