- HWheather wMar 30, 20264.0I was getting an extra house key made. The first one I chose to have the shavings taken off for the extra fee and for some reason that key came out without any teeth cut...just one big curve. I immediately tried one more time since it said money back guarantee. The second one i chose not to pay that extra fee to remove shavings and it came out perfectly. The reason I'm giving 4 stars is because trying to find where to ask for the refund wasn't totally seamless...maybe for someone a bit more tech savvy it's easier but I'm just a basic person. If it was possible to give half stars it'd be a 4.5 for sure because of all the years I've had keys made thru the kiosks this is the first time I've ever had any issues. Only thing I wish was there were a few more options at the kiosks for the house keys but overall the convenience is definitely worth it.
