He made us feel comfortable as he explained what Aptive offers which may work for us. There was no pressure from him, only cogent descriptions of the plans available. He remained professional throughout. And his work ethic, unsurpassed. Our spider (etc.) inundations have vanished. We look forward to working with him in the future.
