We were charged for 2 months of service we never received, we then requested a refund and was never issued that refund but charged again. Have called at least 6 times in regards to the refund and still have never received it. Trying to cancel the service and still getting the run around. We get transfered to a supervisor then another to get nowhere. Going to have to contact my bank to stop payment to them it looks like. I wish this wasn't the case. Apparently they have a long history of this type of customer service and have even been sued for this. Steer clear.
