This was an invisible process. We purchased a dryer and a dishwasher. They have some cockamamie Installer and have virtually no information or control over installation. Customer service. Go elsewhere if customer service is important to you. I will in the future.

I recently went to this Lowe’s to make a big purchase. However, the manager-on-duty, Nicki, was unwilling to match the legitimate lower price of a competitor. She was also extremely rude and unhelpful. She further unprofessionally inflamed the situation by telling me that, “If you buy from them (competitor), you might just get a brick in your box.”
I previously used to purchase all of my renovation materials from Lowe’s ($80k+). However, I recently switched over to their competitors as a result of Lowe’s subpar service that I experienced over the years. After my shockingly unpleasant experience due to Nicki’s unprofessionalism, I immediately went to a competitor. The competitor happily welcomed my valuable business with a smile. The competitor also happily matched the price on the spot.
It’s unfortunate that Lowe’s loses revenue because of incompetent managers like Nicki. If the District Manager has any sense whatsoever, they’ll fire her.

The phone system is so dam jacked up , you can't get to a actual person. Sure it will transfer you to where ever, but it rings for about a minute then hans up. I tried to get to Customer service, appliances or lumber even and the same thing AI Sucks! Hire Get rid of it!

fix your phone answering service that either has useless AI that wasted our time or option that repeatedly hangs up on us when asking for customer service! It should not take 20mins and still not get to anyone to talk to.
Update: thank you Lowe’s mgmt for responding to my complaint, and I do appreciate it, once the phone answering service does not hang up on the customer, I will be delighted to change my review rating.
This is a great store that needs a better phone answering program.

How do I check my order status?
Check your order status online by entering the order number or logging in to your MyLowe’s account. You’ll receive email updates if your order status changes.
How do I know if my order is ready to be picked up?
You’ll receive an email with pickup instructions and the location of the store you selected when your order is ready. You can pick up your order during store operating hours at the designated pickup area. Just provide the order confirmation email or order number with your photo ID (state driver’s license, military ID or state ID). For your protection, only the cardholder or an authorized user of the credit card may pick up the order.
How do I return or exchange an item?
Most (but not all) items can be returned within 90 days. If you bought something from Lowes.com, you can start a return online in your Order History before shipping it back to us. It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped. If you observe multiple pending authorizations, please contact your financial institution as each bank’s policies differ on how long authorizations are held.
