At first during checking out they asked for a wrong price then we had to show the proof of real price in website till they didn’t believe ! Unprofessional behaviour .. after sorting that out no sorry or nothing,,as it was heavy we were slow to get out though we left the counter space,,another new worker came and literally pointed me out to the door. Without any question or help...! Felt so horrible. Will never the store at Ames again.

I had two cards to purchase, and waited in line patiently while the gal checked out a very large order and then another customer. Instead of letting me and a couple other customers know that she would have to close her one down prior to that she let us wait and then quietly put her closed sign up and told us to go to the only LONG line open!! You need to teach your employees proper protocol. Geez 🙄
