- RMRick MasonbrinkFeb 11, 20261.0I've had ongoing concerns with the quality and consideration of service provided by Dan's custom landscapes. The crews often arrive early in the morning with loud mowing and leaf blowing. During dry spells mowing still occurs even when the grass is not growing, which seems unnecessary and creates excessive dust. Yard debris are frequently blown into neighboring properties rather than being fully collected. Burdock and stick tights are commonly left behind to go to seed. Apparently their attention to detail needs some work.

- MHMike HaverdinkNov 1, 20215.0Due to some unplanned time out-of-town, our irrigation system had not been blown out for the winter with freezing temperatures looming. I called Dan's on a Saturday hoping to get something scheduled in the following few days. Not only did I receive a timely call back, they agreed to come that day. They showed up and did the work, saving my irrigation system from certain destruction with 24 degree overnight temperatures coming. 5 star service for sure!
