Went twice and both times not only wasn’t asked if we needed help, but had to actively go search for employees to help get the order done. Decided to have the appliances delivered. It was a 6 day wait, which is fine but still a bit late on wait. First time the attempted to deliver they were two hours later than the time frame they gave us but sent a text that they were on their way. We hauled the old fridge away in that time, and about 20 minutes later they told us they were cancelling the delivery due to incoming weather (it did start snowing about an hour later and would have totally understood had it ACTUALLY BEEN SNOWING at the time). We call customer service and they can help until the fridge has actually been delivered…which can’t happen for another 10 days. We had to throw all food from the fridge and freezer out and when we talked to them today after the fridge was delivered they offered $25 and to be honest were incredibly short and downright rude. I will never ever spend another dollar at Lowe’s
