  I have had Sentricon stations for many years. Recently because of changes in my yard, some of the stations were hard to find. Ms. Tashima came to my house early in the morning, found the stations, installed new stations and made a new map. Great service!

  Have been using Xtermco since 1999. Always helpful, honest, hardworking staff. Sentricon saved my house a couple times from getting eaten by subterranean termites and also from dry wood termites.

  We have used XTermco for our Sentricon services for many years and have been very happy! Every part of their operation is top notch. All of the technicians are timely and courteous. Each visit we are given a status report regarding the Sentricon stations which is helpful. We consistently get reminder calls prior to each visit which is much appreciated. (Thank you Carol!) I would highly recommend Xtermco for any of your pest control needs!

  Our renewal agreement with Xtermco just came up, and we'll be renewing. We built our house in 1984 in Salt Lake, and the termite problem was so bad then that the pressure treated lumber (where the treatment had not penetrated) in the scrap pile on the job site were attacked by the termites during construction. We initially went with the ground treatment where they had to drill through your floors to inject the poison every so many years; it was disheartening since I had to repair the koa wood floor I had installed, finding plugs to match the1" holes they had drilled through. When they introduced the Sentricon system, we signed up, and after the termites took the bait the 1st year sometime in the 1990's, we haven't had an issue with termites since that time. So we're renewing our contract, since the only disturbance is the worker inspecting the stations on the exterior of the house; no drilling and patchwork inside. Warren & Raynette Dang

  We’ve procured the Sentricon inspection since 2002. Over these years, our house was saved 2 or 3 times from ground termite invasion. Just once would’ve financially offset the annual fees which have remained almost constant since inception. In addition to the sentricon, we have had our home tented for the air termites several times. I appreciate the discounts from being a loyal customer. I highly recommend this company for their professionalism and expertise in termite control.
