While I was waiting in the store for assistance, the associate with the bald head was on his personal cell phone, arguing loudly, swearing and making me wait. His behavior was unprofessional and left me feeling uncomfortable and frustrated. This was especially disappointing because I had already driven to the Honolulu store only to learn that the items I needed were not available. Another associate eventually helped me, but the overall experience took much longer than expected. I felt it was important to inform management about this situation.
