- JBJonathan BuckFeb 11, 20262.0Lowes is a great store has everything I need when I go there when I went to self check out with my things a older girl comes over grabs the scanner while I am putting in my email and hold it waiting till I am done putting in my email meanwhile all the other lines have people and no one is grabbing there things then she scans all my things stands there and waits for me to pay watching over my sholder why I transfer money from my bank account to pay for my items I have never felt so uncomfortable and targeted in my life and uncomfortable because she was staring at my phone why I was transferring the money I needed idk about you but if I am going to go to self check out it is to scan my things and go not to be harassed check my repeat on the way out if you want to i dont care if I needed help I would has asked

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped.
